Green drivers in the supply chain

A large number of stakeholders are involved in the development of a product or service from the life cycle perspective, and each of them are responsible for different activities and/or processes that condition the environmental perspective of the whole.

Team work, joining forces and establishing collaborative spaces that multiply the individual achievements are essential in the environmental improvement of products and services.  Therefore, the values of trust, transparency and respect that generate a favourable climate for dialogue, cooperation and learning must be embraced and fostered.

Nowadays, green drivers go beyond managing suppliers and covers not only those but the whole supply chain. In turn, their activity is not only focused on the general aspects of managing a company, but rather addresses all the aspects that intervene in the environmental considerations of commercial and business agreements between companies. This parallel session will analyse the existing tools to do so.
