The challenges of circular economy transcend borders. These challenges require international cooperation. The environmental improvement of the planet that we wish for and imperiously need requires radical technological and behavioural changes. We are convinced that by working in close cooperation with other territorial governments by means of networks such as ENCORE, we can be a benchmark in the political commitments that have to be adopted.
