Susana graduated in Chemical Sciences from the University of the Basque Country (UPV-EHU). She worked for different technology centres (Inasmet; Azterlan) and was the technical director for Bertoko Gar S.A, the craft beer company, and technical manager of the AZTI office in Ecuador. Susana has over 10 years’ experience in areas related to the sustainability of the Food Industry and she is currently working as a researcher in projects on the eco-efficiency of the food chain throughout its life cycle.
