Industrial engineer specialised in energy techniques from the University of the Basque Country – UPV. Juan Manuel joined the Technical Department of the Basque Energy Board in 2000.  He worked as a building energy efficiency technician until 2010 when he moved to his current post as a technician of the transport division.
