Igor Revilla graduated in Business Administration and Management from Deusto Business School (Bilbao, 2001). He completed post-graduate courses in competitiveness (2009) and energy (2011-2012), and he has taken part in numerous courses and conferences to do with organisation management, business strategy and public policies.
Igor has always worked in the management and strategy consultancy sector. In July 2001, he joined the Arthur Andersen (subsequently BearingPoint) strategy team as a consultant and since March 2005, he has been part of the B+I Strategy team.
During his professional career, he has taken part in reflection processes, planning and strategic implementation, feasibility studies and business plans, organisational transformation, preparing support reports for stock market related operations, defining and monitoring public policies and feasibility analysis of different projects. Igor has worked for different sectors: manufacturing capital goods and industrial components, the railway industry, renewable energies, electricity grids, construction materials distribution, health, social services and different areas of public policies (modernising the Administration, information society, entrepreneurship, clusters, cultural policy, urban development, etc.). In recent years, Igor took part in different projects in innovative fields, such as additive manufacturing, offshore wind power, the Internet of Things or eHealth.
Igor’s customers include organisations of different size and nature): CAF, Grupo Guascor (Dresser-Rand in the Siemens Group) Ence, Arteche, Fagor Arrasate, Indar Electric (Ingeteam Group), Orkli, Alcor Group , Agro Sevilla, Lostal, Eiken, Fevas, Basque Energy Board, Basque Government, Bizkaia Provincial Council and Bilbao City Council.
In 2014, Igor headd the B+I Strategy research project to develop the range of services in industrial companies. He also regularly speaks at universities and companies in training sessions on strategy, innovation and competitiveness.
