Débora Alasraki is the co-founder and CEO of 3D Click, a start-up whose mission is to break down the 3D barriers and which places 3D personalisation and partnership at the centre of the packaging, merchandising and visual communication ecosystem to speed up the time-to-market of new products by over 80%. After graduating in Architecture from the BarcelonaTech and THU Karlsruhe and with an MBA from Nimbas-Utrecht and Bonn, Débora set up her first “Mediatecture” firm in Cologne. The aim was to apply new digital technologies to Architecture and to create the first visual search engine of the works of contemporary architects in Germany. Once she had returned to Spain, she was involved in designing, managing and implementing major sport and cultural events (Forum, RCTenis Barcelona, Macba) and set up a new company “Urbanmedia3D”, where the new technologies (3D Scanner, GIS, Multimedia) were again merged with architecture. A serious personal accident forced her to end that chapter in her life and begin again with a blank page. Débora embarked on a project that had been in the pipeline for several years, but she had been waiting for the market to be ready and demanding it: putting the full potential of 3D to the service of everyone (3D Scanning, 3D Printing, 3D AR, VR, IoT) by developing a platform where 3D experts and non-experts could work together to co-create products and which would facilitate decision taking from visualisation, personalisation and partnership in real time.
