Cristina Oyón

Cristina Oyón is the Strategic Initiatives Manager at Spri, the Basque Business Development Agency, in charge of defining, implementing, communicating, monitoring and assessing the business and technology development strategies in the framework of the competitiveness policies of the Basque Government and, particularly now, in the sphere of the Basque RIS3 Smart Specialisation Strategy. She previously headed the Spanish bid for Bilbao to be home for the ESS (European Spallation Source) scientific infrastructure and was the Technological Innovation Director at Spri. Cristina has a Degree (long-cycle) in Physics.
